Frequently Asked Questions
💡 What is SellerFeeInspector for?
SellerFeeInspector automatically checks the FBA fees Amazon charges you: it verifies they match what you're owed and flags errors or unannounced changes, alerting you as soon as Amazon changes a product's category, dimensions or rate, before the error repeats across many orders.
🎯 Is it suitable for any seller?
It's built for companies and established professional FBA sellers in Europe, indicatively moving at least 30-50 units a day: at that volume even a small per-unit difference becomes economically significant.
🔐 Is my Amazon data safe?
Yes. Your SP-API tokens are encrypted at rest and the data can only be accessed by internal technical staff, in compliance with the GDPR and Amazon policy.
🧾 How are discrepancies analyzed?
We compare your official Amazon reports (fees, dimensions, inventory) with the rates that should apply, and continuously watch for category or dimension changes. We always distinguish an observed change, a suspicion and a confirmed error: we don't automatically present every variation as an Amazon error.
📣 What happens if you find an anomaly?
You receive a report with the data, period and context you need to verify it. We help you prepare the case to submit to Amazon; the outcome of any dispute still depends on Amazon and cannot be guaranteed.
🇪🇺 Does it also work for sales in Europe?
Yes, the app supports sales on all European marketplaces (Amazon.it, .de, .fr, .es, .nl, etc.).
🤝 Are you part of Amazon?
No, SellerFeeInspector is an independent service and is not part of Amazon. We use the official Amazon APIs (SP‑API) in compliance with their policies, and we receive authorization directly from each seller through the secure connection process provided by Amazon.
