1. Acceptance

By using SellerFeeInspector you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

2. Description of the Service

SellerFeeInspector helps Amazon sellers compare the FBA fees actually charged with the estimated ones, providing analysis reports and dashboards. During the beta phase some features may be limited or evolving.

The anonymous historical check analyzes manually uploaded reports to identify possible orders to review. The result and displayed amount are informational estimates and do not guarantee an Amazon error, credit, or refund.

3. Account and Access

Access to the reserved area requires creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activities carried out with your account.

4. License to Use

We grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the service solely for the internal business purposes of your company. Redistribution, sublicensing, copying or use on behalf of third parties is not permitted.

5. Beta Tester Program, pricing and billing

The Beta Tester Program is free, temporary and available only to approved users. During the program, testers have access to the available beta features, subject to reasonable use and any technical safeguards.

The beta will end with the commercial launch or after advance notice. Beta access does not automatically convert into a subscription, and no charge is made without a new explicit choice by the user. The specific program terms are shown and accepted during invitation-based registration.

6. Data Processing

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Data is used exclusively to provide the service and is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

7. Security

We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect data (HTTPS, token encryption, access controls and logging). More details are available on the Security page.

8. Permitted Use

  • The service may not be used for unlawful purposes or in violation of Amazon policies.
  • Tampering with the code, unauthorized access or attempts to circumvent security measures are prohibited.

9. Intellectual Property

The software, logos, content and documentation of SellerFeeInspector are protected by copyright and remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it is error-free or fit for a particular purpose. We provide no implied or express warranties other than those required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Intuizione s.n.c. will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

12. Changes

We reserve the right to update the Terms of Use. Changes will be published on this page with the update date.

13. Termination

We may suspend or close the account in case of violations of these Terms or improper use of the service.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Cuneo has jurisdiction over any dispute.

15. Amazon Disclaimer

SellerFeeInspector is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its affiliates. The "Amazon" and "FBA" trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The application uses the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP‑API) in compliance with the terms of the Amazon Developer program.
